Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Care Consultant to guide patients through treatment plans with empathy and clear explanations. You will coordinate care, present options, and tailor payment plans while maintaining a patient-first approach in a fast-paced dental practice.

You’ll work with clinicians and the regional team to deliver exceptional patient experiences, meet conversion goals, and support growth across Aspen Dental locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consultative sales, patient care coordination, or healthcare customer service
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/conversion goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to simplify clinical recommendations into patient-friendly language

Responsibilities

• Be the primary treatment plan advisor for patients.
• Guide patients through smile transformation using empathy and consultative sales.
• Explain treatment options clearly and in compassionate terms.
• Build trust and overcome objections with education and financial clarity.
• Create customized payment plans based on patient needs.
• Serve as the patient’s main contact after the initial visit.
• Support treatment acceptance with consultative selling techniques.
• Follow up to encourage decisions and timely communication.
• Document interactions and monitor follow-ups in CRM.
