Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience.
• Strong communication, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to fast-moving or uncertain situations.
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities.
• Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows.
• A collaborative, patient-focused mindset.
• Nice-to-have experience includes exposure to healthcare, patient care, or clinical trials (nurse, medical assistant, or medical scribe experience is ideal).

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive, professional patient experience throughout clinic visits.
• Ensure visits are completed accurately and efficiently per protocols and site expectations.
• Support recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities with a strong focus on follow-through.
• Guide patients through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits.
• Enter clinical and visit data timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders.
