Job summary

Unifi Healthcare seeks a Personal Care Attendant to support patients with daily activities, mobility, and companionship in home settings in Richland, WA.

You will assist with hygiene, meals, appointments, and home upkeep while maintaining privacy and dignity. A High School diploma and strong communication and compassionate mindset are required.

As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a key role in improving the quality of life for our patients. You will assist patients with daily activities and tasks, provide physical support, companionship, and help take care of the home.

Care Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

Care Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; great interpersonal relations and confident demeanor
• Compassionate and sensitive to patients’ needs and concerns
• Demonstrating related housekeeping or personal care experience
