Tower Health in Reading, PA is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will perform routine direct patient care activities in line with established policies to promote patient safety and comfort.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (or relevant experience) and BLS/PA Nurse Aide certification as applicable, with proficiency in Epic, strong communication, and teamwork required.
