Mercy Hospital Springfield is seeking a Patient Care Associate/Patient Care Technician to support patient wellness under the direction of the RN or LPN. You will work as part of a team to provide individualized care and perform designated clinical and non-clinical tasks essential to patient care.
The role includes a pathway for career advancement to PCT and beyond, with a DoL Apprenticeship program and a 175-hour training for new hires.
