Beth Israel Lahey Health's Stanton 6 unit is seeking a Patient Care Associate to support patients and the nursing team in a busy inpatient environment. You will assist with vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, glucose monitoring, mobility support, and daily living activities while contributing to timely patient observation and documentation.

Day shift: 7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Night shift: 7:00 p.m.-7:30 a.m.

Join the team as a Patient Care Associate providing direct, hands on support to patients and the nursing team. You will assist with vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, mobility, personal care, glucose testing, specimen collection, rounding, and other delegated patient-care responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients in a busy inpatient environment.
This position offers hands on experience supporting patients with a range of medical and post hospital care needs. You will work closely with nurses and other clinical professionals while building experience in vital signs, phlebotomy, EKGs, glucose monitoring, mobility assistance, patient observation, and inpatient care.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.92
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
