Hebrew SeniorLife is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) in Boston to protect, sustain, and nurture residents who live at the Center. You will assist with activities of daily living and environmental care to promote a high quality of life in a home-like setting.
You will participate as a team member, demonstrate empathy, and uphold patient dignity, safety, and confidentiality while delivering safe, efficient care. On-site work and ongoing training are expected.
The primary role of the Patient Care Associate (PCA), is to protect, sustain, and nurture the patients that live at the Center. They provide assistance with activities of daily living, care of the patient’s environment, and meet other needs as required.
