Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, grooming, skin care).
• Assist patients with ambulation, transfers, and turns.
• Ensure a clean and orderly environment to promote safety and infection prevention.
• Notify clinical staff of changes in a patient’s condition or safety concerns.
• Apply infection control concepts and techniques.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition and activities using documentation systems.
• Take vital signs and perform phlebotomy and glucose checks.
