Qualifications

• BLS Certification Grace (BLS GRACE) required.
• BLS Cert Red Cross (BLS RC) required.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care activities under RN supervision, including monitoring vital signs, EKG testing, phlebotomy, and blood glucose checks.
• Assists with transporting patients as needed.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating).
• Keeps patient rooms and areas stocked, clean and orderly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Monitors patient status and reports abnormal findings to nursing staff.
