The Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Cambridge is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support patients with daily living activities and recovery goals. You will work under licensed personnel and help with vital signs and patient comfort at night.
Responsibilities include documenting in medical records, assisting with hygiene, turning and repositioning, and communicating health concerns to nursing staff. Prior experience in patient or elder care is preferred.

We're offering a $750 sign‑on bonus. As a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) you will assist patients with activities of daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating, and take vital signs. You work under licensed personnel and support patients with recovery goals.
High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
Licenses and Credentials: Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified; Certified Medical Assistant (National Certification) preferred; Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic (Massachusetts) preferred; Nursing Assistant (LNA – New Hampshire) preferred.
1–2 years of experience working in patient care or elder care preferred.
