Job summary

CH and Trinity, P.C. in Buffalo, NY seeks a Nurse Assistant to provide patient care in Sisters of Charity Hospital. Shift is 7:00am–7:00pm, Days with Weekend and Holiday Rotation. This full-time role is connected to a 0.92 FTE and a salary range of 16.26–24.40 USD per hour.

The NA will work under the direct supervision of the registered nurse, updating the RN with patient status and participating in quality improvement activities. THRIVE program support is available for first-year employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job-specific competencies and skill verification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing patient care under RN supervision.
• Update the RN with patient status in a timely and compliant manner.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and educational experiences.
• Represent Catholic Health professionally with a focus on customer service.
