Location: The Surgical Services’ Patient Care Assistant will be hired to work at either the Saint Marys Hospital or Rochester Methodist Hospital Campus. Schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

The Patient Care Assistant assists patient care unit staff with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care, which support nursing practice under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Carries out designated activities that are within those functions limited by law to unlicensed nursing personnel.
