Job summary

Visiting Angels - New Braunfels is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to provide non-medical in-home living assistance to elderly and disabled clients in the New Braunfels area, including surrounding communities.

You will help with personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and companionship. We value compassion, reliability, and a willingness to grow through continuing education and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Be able to pass a background check.
• Have a valid driver''s license/ID and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Desire to serve others.
• Knowledge of emergency responses and first aid.
• Ability to do light housekeeping and cooking, including attention to dietary restrictions.

Responsibilities

Our office in New Braunfels provides caregivers to the local area including Blanco, Canyon Lake, Starzville, and many others.

Our caregivers provide non-medical private duty in-home living assistance to elderly and disabled patients.

A Patient Care Assistant - PCA with our office are an essential part of our team. The duties of a Patient Care Assistant - PCA range from light housekeeping, transportation to and from appointments, cooking, and providing companionship to our clients. We also want to invest in your growth.
