Job summary

Visiting Angels of HEB is hiring a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team of compassionate caregivers. The PCA will provide non-medical in-home care to seniors, including companionship, daily activities, and personal care support.

Shifts include daytime and evening weekend hours, with 12-hour daytime options available. Benefits after 90 days for full-time staff, paid time off, and training in dementia care are offered to support career growth and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of professional caregiving experience with an agency or facility.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes with proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship with emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, incontinence care
• Planning and preparing meals
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to grocery shopping, errands, and doctor appointments
• Maintain accurate records of client care activities.

Visiting Angels of Mid Cities & Fort Worth is a non-medical care service provider in Hurst, TX. Come join our amazing team of Angels!! We are hiring NOW for for daytime and evening weekend shifts, including 12-hour daytime shifts. Our office in Hurst serves the HEB area including Bedford, Euless, East Fort Worth, North Fort Worth, Haltom City, Watauga, Richland Hills and many others.
