Mass General Brigham is seeking a Patient Care Associate (PCA) to support the multidisciplinary healthcare team under RN supervision. The role focuses on safe, compassionate, patient-centered care, including activities of daily living, vital signs, and basic procedures.
Shifts are nights, with mandatory weekend work and a rotating holiday schedule. Experience in patient care preferred; BLS/EMT/MA/LNA certifications preferred where applicable.

Experience working in patient care/elder care 0-1 years preferred
Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Patient Care Associate (PCA) supports the multidisciplinary healthcare team in providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care. PCA assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support, while promoting comfort and maintaining patient dignity. Responsibilities also include monitoring and documenting vital signs, obtaining EKGs, drawing blood, and responding promptly to patient requests while safeguarding confidentiality and always ensuring patient safety.
