Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) I to support patient comfort and safety under RN delegation, in line with Ohio Board of Nursing guidelines.

You will work in a collaborative, patient- and family-centered team, performing delegated clinical tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and helping orient patients to the hospital environment throughout their stay.

Qualifications

Care is culturally sensitive and age-appropriate, and all duties are delegated by a Registered Nurse according to Ohio Board of Nursing guidelines.

• Clinical: Perform clinical tasks assigned by the RN, adhering to Ohio Board of Nursing delegation guidelines. Maintain patient confidentiality.
