Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group seeks a compassionate Clinical Support Assistant to support providers in delivering patient-centered care at our Ann Arbor clinic. You will assist with patient intake, document information, and bridge communication between patients and clinicians.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, taking histories and vitals, scheduling, and maintaining medical supplies. High school diploma or GED and CPR certification are preferred; CNA/EMT/PCT backgrounds are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR preferred.
• Experience with patient intake, vital signs, and documenting information.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians and front-desk staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments.
• Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and health information.
• Collaborate with clinical and office staff to coordinate care.
• Schedule patient appointments per office protocol.
• Share patient information with providers.
• Maintain clinical supply inventory.
• Assist with lifting of patients and equipment when needed.
