Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Previous experience in direct patient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as delegated by RN staff.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Assist in the provision of hygiene and physical care needs.
• Accurately measure and report intake and output.
• Obtain and record daily weight.
• Perform blood glucose testing.
