MultiCare is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support the Occupational Medicine team, assisting RNs and physicians within nursing practices. You will collaborate with the nursing staff and enjoy daily variety and problem-solving opportunities as a PCA at MultiCare.

The position requires WA Nursing Assistant certification, current BLS, and at least 1 year of patient care experience; enrollment in an RN program may substitute the CNA requirement.

Qualifications

• WA Nursing Assistant certification required.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Provider with current card.
• Enrollment in an accredited RN program may substitute CNA certification; RN students must be registered as Nurse’s Assistant.
• 1+ year of institutional patient care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care as directed by RN/physician.
• Assist with dressing changes, data gathering, documentation and vital signs.
• Demonstrate service orientation, integrity and sound decision making.
• Prioritize and organize workload with flexibility.
