Job summary

MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support the Occupational Medicine team alongside RNs and physicians. This per diem role offers daily variability and opportunities to grow in a hands-on clinical setting.

You will perform patient care, assist with dressing changes, record vital signs and document care, while maintaining service-oriented attitude and clinical integrity.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Washington.
• Enrollment in an accredited RN program may replace the certification requirement.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care as directed by RN/physician.
• Assist with dressing changes, data gathering, documentation and vital signs.

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
