Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

High School Diploma and one (1) year of experience as it pertains to the essential duties of the classification. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling one (1) year may substitute for the required experience.

Employment Requirements

• Employment is subject to post offer pre-employment criminal background check and is conditional pending results.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and must complete a Defensive Driving Course.
• Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language that includes but is not limited to warnings on cleaning products and hazardous materials.

Working Conditions

This position will provide services in an Specialty Hospital setting involving extended periods of walking, sitting, standing, bending and lifting from 0 to 100 +. Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and telephone usage. Incumbent may be exposed to potentially violent patients in volatile situations requiring crisis. computer and telephone usage.
