Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 2 years of work experience in an acute care hospital as a Nursing Assistant or enrolled in nursing program (preferred in Oklahoma).
• Able to understand instructions, perform basic math and duties with increasing responsibility.
• Must be fluent in English, with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide care under RN or physician supervision within PCA scope.
• Take vital signs, monitor inputs/outputs, and assist with blood glucose checks and EKGs as directed.
• Assist with meals, baths, mobility, and transportation of patients.
• Maintain clean and orderly patient rooms and equipment; perform data entry as required.
