Job summary

Visiting Angels Temple is seeking a Patient Care Aide - PCA to provide companionship, safety supervision and personal care to clients in Temple and surrounding areas. Shifts range from 1 to 12 hours, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, and flexible day or night schedules.

Candidates must have over 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience, be 18+, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to client homes, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience with the elderly.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Patient Care Aide - PCA

Visiting Angels Temple is a leading non-medical, private duty home care agency providing companionship, safety supervision and personal care to help adults continue to live safely with dignity and independently in their homes.

We are looking for a Patient Care Aide - PCA who has availability on weekdays AND weekends. Patient Care Aide - PCA shifts can be any length of time between 1 hour to 12 hours- day OR night! We coordinate with your availability and our clients' needs to build your perfect schedule! Our goal is to schedule you for a MINIMUM of 20 hours/week, which means you can pick up AS MANY clients as you\'d like!!! Our clients reside in Temple and surrounding areas (Copperas Cove, Killeen, Lampasas, Belton, Cameron, Rockdale, and MORE) therefore, a Patient Care Aide - PCA MUST have reliable transportation of your own that you will drive to and from each client and be willing to travel outside of Temple. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
