Qualifications

• Ability to explain benefits and co-pay information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries related to patient billing.
• Validate complex insurance information.
• Process credit card transactions from patients.
• Follow up with insurance carriers and staff for billing information.
• Resolve claim edits and process reports to ensure efficient billing.
