Job summary

Providence is seeking a front-end reimbursement specialist to support the clinical component of home infusion. You will handle phone and clerical tasks and enter referral data, physician details, and outcome information into the database.

You will also track CIIs and patient satisfaction surveys while supporting the revenue cycle team. The role requires 1 year of medical office experience; reimbursement and insurance verification experience are preferred.
