Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Patient Ambassador in Rogers for full-time support of patient-focused services across multiple departments, including food services and housekeeping. You will work under the Patient Food Services Manager and contribute to Mercy's care standards.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in English, is eager to learn, and may have additional language skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with Mercy offering strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support patient-focused services within a multidisciplinary scope, including food and nutrition services, linen, laundry services, housekeeping, and supply management.
• Operate TUG robots for the delivery and exchange of supplies and patient meals where applicable.
• Work under the supervision of the Patient Food Services Manager and align with Mercy mission and service standards.

Under the direct supervision of the Patient Food Services Manager, the Patient Ambassador provides patient focused support services within a multidisciplinary scope, including food and nutrition services, linen, laundry services, housekeeping, and supply management. At applicable locations, the Patient Ambassador operates TUG robots for the delivery and exchange of supplies and patient meals to the nursing unit. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Jefferson: Food Handlers within 90 days of hire.
