Sodexo at Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Santa Clarita, CA is seeking a Patient Ambassador. This part-time role welcomes a warm, people-focused individual who can provide friendly patient experiences while supporting meal services.

You’ll assist in menu selections, deliver meals, take phone orders, collect patient feedback, and help keep the dining program running smoothly. No prior experience required, with a flexible schedule and benefits available.

• Provide patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact.
• Receive and process phone orders.
• Identify patients who have not ordered meals with the tray tracking system.
• Make meal rounds and collect survey information for Sodexo leadership.
• Attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
