Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring for a Patient Ambassador role at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. This position offers full- and part-time schedules with flexible hours, including weekend rotation.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour and requires healthcare and customer service experience, with bi-lingual skills preferred. The role drives a hospitality environment, greets guests, supports wellness programs, and contributes to a positive dining experience for patients

• Schedule: Full and part-time schedules; flexible. Monday through Friday, including alternating weekends, hours may vary; more details upon interview. SHIFT: 8:00-4:00pm and 3:00-7:00pm
• Requirement: Previous healthcare experience and customer service experience are required.Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.Bi-lingual preferred.
• Pay Range: $17.00per hour to$20.00per hour.

Job Summary

Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, touching tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets every customer and interacts in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.
• Greets all team members and ensures they have what they need to be successful each day.
• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
• Ensures that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place.
• Leads weekly promotions and programs for guests.
• Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.
• Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards. Serves food neatly and attractively per standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
