HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) is partnering with Bon Secours West Hospital to recruit friendly, compassionate EVS team members. Full-time and part-time roles across Day, Evening, and Night shifts are available.

You will support the patient satisfaction program, act as a liaison between EVS, nursing, and other departments, and help ensure excellent care for all patients. Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient satisfaction scores and develop action plans for improvement.
• Provide department leadership with weekly reports and detailed reviews.
• Create reports, monitor trends and implement action plans.
• Round on patients to assess satisfaction and set service expectations.
• Perform service recovery as needed to resolve issues.
• Assist department leadership in training and reinforce communication skills (AIDET).
• Collaborate with the guest services department to align action items to improve patient satisfaction.
• Assist team members and management to help department operate efficiently.
