Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Patient Ambassador at Lovelace Westside Hospital to warmly welcome patients and serve as an experience ambassador. Weekdays with morning and afternoon/evening shifts, full-time role with competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection and meal delivery.

• Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned per client needs.

Pay Range:

$17.00 per hour - $19.72 per hour

What You'll Do:

As a Patient Ambassador at Sodexo, you are a warm-welcomer and experience ambassador. Your dedication to helping others brings a smile and makes a meaningful impact on others.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection Providing patient meal delivery and patient set-up with direct patient contact

• Receive and process phone orders

• Identifying patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray tracking system

• Make meal rounds and collect survey information and relay pertinent information to Sodexo leadership

• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
