Job summary

The Valley Health System in Las Vegas is seeking a Front Desk Registration Specialist for the West Craig ER to greet and register patients and their representatives, collecting admission information accurately and maintaining confidentiality. This role supports efficient hospital operations in a fast-paced environment.

Two years of hospital registration experience and a High School diploma are preferred; strong computer skills and knowledge of patient accounting systems are desirable for success

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years hands-on experience in a hospital registration setting or Urgent Care preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of patient admission processes and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register all incoming patients and their representatives; ensure information required for admission is accurately recorded.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines and support efficient delivery of healthcare services.
