Job summary

The Valley Health System (VHS) is seeking a patient registration clerk to greet and register incoming patients and their representatives across Las Vegas facilities. You will collect necessary admission information, maintain confidentiality under HIPAA, and support efficient patient flow in a dynamic hospital setting.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least two years in hospital registration, and experience with word processing and patient accounting systems; bilingual abilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years hands-on experience in a hospital registration setting or Urgent Care preferred.
• Proficiency with word processing and patient accounting software.
• HIPAA and PCI compliance knowledge.
• Bilingual translation ability may be required.
