Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a patient access/registration specialist to greet and accurately register incoming patients, ensuring all admission information is collected and kept confidential. This role supports efficient hospital operations in a dynamic setting.

Candidates should have at least two years of hospital registration experience, be detail oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with patient accounting systems and HIPAA/PCI compliance requirements. Bilingual skills may be a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years hands-on experience in a hospital registration setting or Urgent Care preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of patient admission processes.
• HIPAA and PCI Compliance knowledge required.
