BBO INCORPORATED BCS, Inc, a healthcare practice management firm in Waconia, MN, seeks a Patient Accounting / Customer Service Rep for a full-time role. Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm at our Waconia office. The team handles patient and payer inquiries and processes insurance details online throughout the day.

Ideal candidates are outgoing with a customer-service mindset. Training will be provided; benefits include PTO accrual, group health coverage, and 401K retirement plan access.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle calls professionally.
• Experience with basic word processing and numeric data entry.
• Familiarity with insurance terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance details and communicate results to patients and payers.
• Resolve claim denials, delays, disputes and information requests.
• Support third party payers, patients, and legal teams by phone and online.

Our Patient Accounting Staff works with third party payers, patients, legal teams and other professionals to resolve claim denials, delays, disputes and patient informational needs. The Patient Accounting Reps will spend the majority of each day online processing key insurance details and interpreting them for the patient as well as the clientele of BCS. Our Patient Accounting staff are available via phone and online offering assistance to payers, government entities, and patients nationwide.
