Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Patient Account Analyst to assist patients with questions about hospital or physician bills. You will contact patients about registration, billing and collection, and you will post payments, adjustments and denials to patient accounts and resolve questions.

This remote role supports the CBO Revenue Cycle department; residency within 100 miles of Toledo, OH is required, with a 40-hour work week and day shift.

• Must reside within 100 miles of Toledo, OH 43604.

Job Summary

Salary Range - $31,200 - $58,968
