R1 RCM Inc. is seeking an onsite Patient Access Supervisor in Layton, UT. You will lead a multi-role Patient Access team, oversee registration and admissions, and partner with leadership to improve patient experience and revenue cycle performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement in a hospital environment. A High School Diploma and healthcare exposure are required, with 3+ years in healthcare leadership preferred.

• Oversee daily Patient Access operations across registration and admissions.
• Drive process improvements to enhance patient experience and revenue cycle performance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and hospital regulations and audit data accuracy.
