UCHealth Urgent Care Steamboat-Steamboat Springs, CO seeks a part-time receptionist/registration clerk to handle patient intake and related clerical tasks onsite. The role is 40 hours per pay period with day shifts.

Pay ranges from $21.06 to $31.59 per hour, depending on experience. The position emphasizes efficient patient flow, accurate demographic and billing data entry, and coordination with providers to maintain smooth operations.

• Collects required payments or routes patients to financial counselors; verifies insurance eligibility and accurately enters all demographic and billing information.
• Performs administrative tasks such as managing communications, prioritizing workflow, and coordinating with providers; reviews schedules and calendars to maintain efficient operations.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary

Performs receptionist, registration, and clerical duties associated with registering patient for services.

• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
