Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative II to join their Highland Park Hospital team. This full-time role supports patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Hours are 12:30pm–9pm, Monday–Friday, with weekends and holidays as required. Candidates should possess a high school diploma and at least one year of healthcare customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• One year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance setting is required.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process patient registrations and scheduling accurately.
• Verify insurance coverage for services.
• Maintain compliant electronic medical records and assist with financial counseling as needed.
