Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a Patient Access Advocate for 7a-7p shifts, three per week, including weekends, at Bayhealth facilities in Delaware. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, answer phones, and register in electronic health records.
• Verify demographics, insurance and collect payments at point of service.
• Provide highest level of customer service during registration and visits.
• Ensure correct paperwork and assist with clerical tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean front desk and waiting area and support patient flow.
