Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments for patients by phone.
• Maintains scheduling system and updates master schedule promptly.
• Obtains referrals, authorizations, and demographic information; verifies insurance.
• Communicates with supervisor about patient concerns or system issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
