The PASCI in this assignment demonstrates a working knowledge of a multitude of scheduling and registration for Outpatient Services to include but not limited to: Surgery, Blood and Bone Marrow, Integrated Clinical Services, Diagnostics, Labs, Behavioral Health, Virtual Health, Research, and Infusion of the Medical Center and can be pulled to work in any capacity, due to business need. Must be comfortable with medical terminology, problem solving, and thrive in an environment with many competing priorities and demands. Ability to set up, organize, and maintain record systems.3. Customer Service, multi-tasking, computer and typing skills, use various types of office automation equipment and software, and interpersonal communication skills both verbally and written.5. Strong attention to detail while being able to multi-task and maintain patience and composure (with customer service etiquette) in stressful situations.6.
