This role supports departmental operations by mentoring junior staff, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring compliance with organizational and payer requirements.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in medical office administration preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years in a medical office or hospital setting, including 1 year of scheduling or insurance verification experience.
