Guidehouse is hiring a Part-Time Patient Access Representative at Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura, CA. The role involves welcoming patients, completing registration steps, and guiding them through the admission process to ensure smooth entry to care.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and 0-2 years in a medical or customer service environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

The primary responsibility is to assist patients and their families in accessing services acting as an advocate and navigator until the patient is handed off to clinical staff.
