Conifer Health, part of the Tenet family, seeks a Patient Access Representative at Good Samaritan Medical Center with Friday/Saturday 11p-7:30am shift. You will greet patients, register them, collect demographics, and explain forms in line with hospital standards, ensuring privacy and compliance.
You will educate patients on financial liabilities, conduct cash reconciliation, obtain authorizations, and coordinate post-discharge care as needed. Strong communication is essential.

Shift Information: Friday/Saturday 11p-7:30am
Responsible for duties in support of departmental efficiencies which may include: but not limited to performing scheduling, registration, patient pre-admission and admission, reception and discharge functions. Must obtain complete and accurate patient demographic information. Patient Access representatives also must employ proper, compliant patient liability collection techniques before, during & after date of service.
