<p>Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Patient Access Representative responsible for greeting and registering patients and providing excellent customer service. You will handle patient inquiries and assist them in navigating insurance requirements.</p><p>Candidates should have at least a High School Diploma, with an Associate's Degree preferred, and experience in health care is advantageous. Strong administrative and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role.</p>
Open to work in several departments; Crossroads, Urgent Care and Orange Lab.
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for greeting and registering patients, answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and pulling and filing medical charts when indicated.

One year of health care experience, preferred.
