University of North Texas Health Science Center seeks a Patient Access Representative to greet patients, schedule appointments, and manage check-in/check-out procedures. The role serves as the first point of contact and involves collecting payments and maintaining records.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience; bilingual abilities are preferred.
The Patient Access Representative is primarily responsible for greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, answering phone calls, handling patient check‑in/check‑out procedures, collecting payments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a positive patient experience. This position serves as the first point of contact for our patients.
High school diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual.
M‑F 7:30a‑4:30p and/or 8a‑5p
This is a Security Sensitive Position.
