Qualifications

• 1+ year of clerical, customer service, or healthcare office experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated professionalism and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate demographic, insurance, and contact information in the EHR.
• Process copayments and verify insurance eligibility and authorizations.
• Schedule and adjust appointments; route calls and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and safeguard patient information.
