You will verify patient information, verify insurance, and help collect deductibles and co-pays, while coordinating with hospital, clinic and revenue-cycle staff.

The role involves front-desk reception duties, and requires working with a team to ensure compliant and smooth patient access processes. This is a part-time, on-site position with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current computer experience in Microsoft products.
• Previous cash-handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Register hospital admissions and outpatient services with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collect required patient information and verify insurance; assist in deductibles and co-pays.
• Collaborate with hospital, clinic and revenue cycle teams; greet patients and direct them to departments.
