Qualifications

• Front-desk and customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient data entry and demographic data collection.
• Able to verify insurance eligibility and collect payments.

Responsibilities

• Populate provider schedules and respond to phone inquiries per protocol.
• Obtain and verify patient demographics, insurance, and financial data.
• Process registrations, collect payments, and post to accounts.
• Assist in cash handling and resolution of account balances.
