Valley Health System seeks a Patient Access Associate to perform reception, pre-registration, registration, cash collection and admitting tasks across departments at Kraft Center. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to support patient flow and department operations.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred and CHAA certification preferred. Experience in healthcare/medical offices and proficiency with Windows are expected.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• Registration training program completed; CHAA certification preferred.
• Healthcare-related experience with Computer/Windows proficiency and medical terminology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide reception, pre-registration and registration support across departments.
• Assist with cash collection, admitting and patient/department support tasks.
• Manage materials/inventory and provide patient education as needed.
• Perform unit-specific tasks to support a smooth patient flow.
